6.4 Non-Disclosure of Personal Data

However, the Publisher remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors, provided they meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: No. 2016/679).

The Publisher commits to taking all necessary precautions to ensure the security of the Information and prevent unauthorized disclosure. However, if a security breach affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer’s Information is brought to its attention, the Publisher must inform the Customer as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken.

Furthermore, the website does not collect any "sensitive data." Users’ Personal Data may be processed by the Publisher’s subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers) solely for the purposes outlined in this policy.

Within the limits of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes mentioned above, the main individuals likely to access Users’ data on https://cometsoftware.eu are primarily those in management, administrative, and commercial roles.

7. Incident Notification
